#NoToUpsizing

When it comes to buying food on the go, it’s so easy to say yes to going large, adding a side or making it a meal deal. But these little unnecessary extras are having a huge impact on our health.

The Food Standards Scotland #NoToUpsizing campaign addressed this serious issue in a fun, engaging and memorable way, telling consumers that when it comes to upsizing, it’s time to say no. The campaign was executed through a range of channels, including TV, digital and field marketing.

#NoToUpsizing resulted in positive behaviour change, with 68% of people who recognised the campaign reporting that they say no to upsizing more often as a result.
