The Union won 11 awards, including the Grand Prix, at the 2015 Scottish Creative Awards held at Glasgow’s Grand Central hotel. The haul of awards resulted in the agency topping the awards haul yet again, after success in 2014. This is now the 11th year out of the last 16 when The Union has won the most awards at the annual celebration of Scottish creativity.
The Grand Prix was gained for the ‘Breathe’ campaign for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. The agency was also recognised in the Best Online Video/Film, Best Outdoor Campaign and Copywriting categories. Other clients awarded included Len’s Self Storage, National Trust for Scotland, Childrens’ Hearings Scotland and VisitScotland. The agency also picked up three Commendations.
Michael Hart, The Union’s Creative Director, said: “It’s been another good year for us, showing that we can maintain a consistently high standard in our creative product, which is what our clients look for. I’m delighted that we were successful with so many clients and across so many categories.”
The Union’s creative record in Scotland – top agency 11 times in the last 16 years.
