This TV ad helped to launch ScotRail’s Club 50 initiative. The model train was the only real thing in a film that successfully drove membership renewal and attracted new members. All the backgrounds and graphics were created in post-production.

Poppyscotland

This TV commercial was the focus for the 2016 campaign. Shot in various locations in Edinburgh and East Lothian and employing the acting skills of one or two Union people, it represents a dramatic shift in ambition for the agency as content creators.

Oriam

Oriam, Scotland’s National Sports Performance Centre, officially opened in November 2016. We created the name and brand identity and brought them to life in this dynamic launch film.

Beastie is a mascot we designed, modelled and animated to generate more donations and further increase revenue through merchandising for the STV Children’s Appeal. Beastie can be seen between stings during the Children’s Appeal live show and on other key collateral.

The Scottish Sun

An oldie but definitely a goldie. This Scottish Sun Christmas card featured Lewis Macleod’s voice talents and our animation talents. It ran back in 2011 when Scotland’s First Minister was a man.

To help Skyscanner attract the best new graduates from across the globe we created a branded initiative that employed a subtle use of code, aviation and modern graphics to deliver a distinctive campaign that extended from stickers and pull-ups to video titles and event stands.

CharityClear is a social enterprise created by Epilepsy Scotland to provide a sustainable income stream to the charity and other good causes by providing online payment authorisations (PSP) services. This film helped to explain how it all worked.

VisitScotland

The launch film for VisitScotland’s new online community used a technique called parallax scrolling to create an immersive video offering the illusion of depth in a 2D scene. The video attracted 2.5 million views and generated 27,000 shares on Facebook.

Worldwide Cancer Research

We created this simple and emotive campaign to encourage people to leave a gift in their Will to Worldwide Cancer Research. We also produced graphics for social media, the website and staff email signatures.

This simple and engaging film lived on the fundraising pages of the ProjectScotland site. The Proudhailer was part of the toolkit for fundraisers. The film captured the spirit of the brand while explaining how to make the thing in the first place.

Len's Self Storage

The client needed a low-budget video to encourage followers to embrace their 100 square foot challenge in Glasgow. We shot this in our boardroom and employed the many skills and dubious hobbies of a host of Union volunteers.
