Skyscanner Futurati

Having grown from a start-up to a $1billion+ business in less than ten years, Skyscanner is one of Scotland’s greatest success stories. But to maintain that momentum, Skyscanner needed to attract the best-of-the-best new graduates from across the globe. In the face of a worldwide tech sector skills shortage and competition from the likes of Google and Facebook, that was no easy task. The Union created a branded initiative that would give standout at recruitment fairs around the world, grabbing the attention of potential grads and engaging with them about the opportunities available. Our manifesto was simple but inspiring: “Skyscanner is all about exploration. We believe being able to explore the world we share is part of human nature. We also believe in giving our people the freedom to experiment. So we have created an environment where exploring creativity and innovation is the norm. We invite you to come and see what we have to offer. To explore your potential with us. To join…The Futurati.”
